create a new layer and choose green as the color and color in the grass with green with the pencil or brush tool.
then go to the filter menu. go to blur then gaussian blur and go to any where from 10-30 pixels
and then go to the layer box and where it says normal, click it and go down to either overlay or soft light. really depends on your preference

you could play around with that until you get the desired effect

hope this helped
References :
t is used to treat multiple sclerosis.
It is used for treatment and prevention of cancer.
It is used to stop Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
It is used to raise the metabolism and increase fat oxidation.
It reduces the risk of heart diseases and heart attacks by reducing the risk of trombosis.
It reduces the risk of esophageal cancer.
Drinking green tea inhibits the growth of certain cancer cells, reduces the level of cholesterol in blood, improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.
It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and cardiovascular diseases
It is used to treat impaired immune function. .
Some researches show that, drinking green tea regularly may help prevent tooth decay by killing the bacteria which causes the dental plaque.
References :
green tea only tastes gross if you buy it in little bags from a normal grocery store.
go to an asian market.
green tea iS better for you than most ppl think or say or believe for that matter.
it helps with water weight, meaning if your holdin onto 5lbs water weight if you go for 2-3 days straight drinking green tea nothing else youll lose it. its a great diuretic.

green tea gives you a nice amount of energy, not a burst, but you feel leveled all day as your drinkig it. no hgigh then dropping point.
shut up ppl who know nothing about green tea, ive been drinking it for YEARS. just make sure you get real green tea imported, NEVER buy it at a store from a major brand. your green tea should be in a bag with japanese print on it soyou cannot read it. then you know you got the good stuff.

add sugar, honey, lemon, or those sugar free flavors pl use for coffee. also if you mix it with black tea it tastes better too.
References :
I didn't find bio oil to work. The best things i've found is a silicone gel called dermatix, or silicone gel sheets called cica-care. Both are really expensive so it's cheaper to get them on prescription.
References :
Based on the US estimate of the cost of electricity by energy source, the solar-themal costs 311.5,compare to the gas-advanced combine cycle of 63.1.The data don't line.Check it out.

Yes, but it will take many months to see any difference. Try the new silicon plasters, they are see through and almost invisible on the skin. You will see dramatic reduction in redness and they will flatten out as well. They are quite expensive though, so have a look at boots if you're in the UK. They also do a serum which is cheaper but I don't know how effective it is.
Good luck with continuing with the scar treatment.

Part of the answer depends on how you cost fossil fuels. Are you looking at nominal prices or are real costs (including all the externalities)?
http://green.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/02/17/tallying-coals-hidden-cost/

When it comes to the renewable sources, you have a similar problem. Do you cost only the energy itself, or do you include the cost of all the storage mechanisms you need to cover the times when the wind is not blowing, the sun is not shining, etc.?
http://www.technologyreview.com/Biztech/20356/

And, of course, there is the cost of wind and solar at the best spots, and their cost at less good spots. As it stands, the cost of hydroelectric power is much lower than the cost of fossil fuel where the locations are good, but all the good locations in the U.S. are already in use.

Then there is the question of comparing new facilities against old facilities or new coal against new alternative:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cost_of_electricity_by_source

http://planetsave.com/2011/03/07/wind-energy-now-cost-competitive-with-coal/

And finally, there is the question of energy form: heating water with solar is much cheaper than with fossil fuel, but that isn't the same as producing electricity.
